Remember Me
Code of Ethics
At Next Level, our greatest goals are to help more Americans own a home, to start and operate a small business, to obtain reasonably priced, quality health care, to raise a family, and, to be able to live and retire with dignity.

We strive to offer our employees the benefits of having more freedom, more options, more opportunities for advancement and more control over their lives.  We believe these are goals worthy of a great company.  We are not afraid to say what we mean and to mean what we say.

We believe that everyone, regardless of race, sex, creed, religion, ethnicity, or background, deserves the opportunity to live the American Dream.  We believe that words like ethics, honor, integrity and honesty mean something and determine the difference between our organization and everyone else.  We believe in relationships based on trust and mutual respect.

Every day, we work harder to ensure that your work experience as an employee of Next Level is among the best that you will ever have.

Also, with success, and ambition to develop further, comes a parallel ambition to use our skills and resources in other ways to benefit the wider community.  At Next Level we believe businesses such as ours can make valuable contributions to alleviating social inequities in the communities in which we work and live.

We are confident that all employees share a commitment to carrying out or mission in an ethical, legal and professional manner.  These guidelines are intended to highlight areas of possible concern and help you do your job in the best way you can.

Our Code of Ethics covers a wide range of business practices and procedures.  It does not cover every issue that may arise, but it sets our basic principles to guide all officers and employees of the Company.  All of our directors, officers, and employees must conduct themselves accordingly and seek to avoid even the appearance of improper behavior.

Next Level is dependent upon the public’s trust.  Preservation of that trust and Next Level’s reputation for excellence requires careful observance of the spirit and the intent of all the Company’s policies, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

The Company’s members, Board of Managers and management wholeheartedly endorse this Code and are personally committed to assuring that everyone in the organization adheres to these ethical guidelines.

Employees are expected to be sensitive to any situations that can adversely impact the Company’s reputation.  They are expected to exercise good judgment in the way they conduct business.  Following are guidelines that all employees should be aware of.  If you have any questions or would like additional information on these guidelines, please contact a Supervisor or Corporate Officer.

Further details related to these standards of business ethics and conduct may be presented in various policies and employees are expected to familiarize themselves with such detail and conduct themselves accordingly.

Thanks for joining us and we are confident that you will find your work here to be both challenging and rewarding.
